www.ppcrevenge.com – Google Revenge Review.
Google Revenge is an ppc guide released by Jacobo Benitez. The same author had released Google Snatch some months ago. The Google Revenge is one of the adwords / ppc supertricks guide which is supposed to teach you lot of trade secrets.
I have been eagerly waiting for this guide since I thought this might help me with some new tricks. I had already read the Google Snatch hence hoped to find some improvements in this guide.
When I started reading the guide, I was surprised to see 78 pages of information. I was under the impression that this must be something interesting. 78 pages of power packed information. Wow.
To tell you the truth the Google Revenge is a complete disaster. It was a total disappointment along with waste of time and money going through the guide. I have read a lot of guides and have reviewed tons of Adwords and PPC ebooks, but have never been so disappointed the way I was after reading Google Revenge.
What does the Google revenge contain?
If you are still interested in knowing about what is contained in Google Revenge then let me tell you what’s in this guide. The Google Revenge is nothing more than a adwords / aweber / hosting tutorial. I felt like I was reading the basics of PPC with auto responders and felt like kicking myself hard (you know where) for continuing to read the guide till the end.
The Google Revenge basically contains the information on the following topics:
1. 21st century squeeze pages and killer conversions
2. Beating new Google rules for Targeted traffic
3. Driving extra visitors for free
4. Owing Domain name and web hosting
5. Using your auto responder
6. Creating an adwords account
The information presented in the book is just the same old basic tutorials available freely all over the net. Though I will give credit to the author that he has not put any rehashed content on so-called magical secrets. He has just went and rewritten some basic adwords tutorials and created a book.
One of the section the author mentions the importance of keyword tracking. He has mentioned,
“Tracking your keywords is easy, here’s what you must do:
1. Log into your AdWords account and setup conversion tracking.
2. Click on the “Conversion Tracking” tab at the top.
3. Select the Purchase/Sale conversion type and then copy the code that
appears in the large text box.
That will add 3 columns under the Campaign Summary section of your AdWords account, and they are “Conv. Rate”, “Cost/Conv.” and “Conversions”.
That’s it. That is how you will track your keywords. No other information on where should you put your code. Just enable conversion tracking, copy code and you are done.
Another gem in the book is:
you have to make sure that both, the display URL and the destination URL are the same Web site, or Google will ban your ad.
I am not sure how many times the author’s ads were banned but I have never got any of my ads banned because of this. The maximum that has happened is Google has not displayed the ad with a reason “Inaccurate display URL.”
The author has also mentioned in one of the sections:
“The only way to find the best performing ads, and those that get the buyers is by testing them.”
Did the author really think that nobody knows about this secret?
Is it worth buying Google Revenge?
Absolutely not. If you are a compulsive buyer and have to buy something, I would suggest buying something for your wife / girl friend. Atleast she will be happy and will make your day.
if you do not believe me, please go ahead and buy it. Later when you are tired of kicking yourself, come back and leave a comment here.
How much does the Google Revenge cost?
The guide will cost you only $47. If you are interested in buying then please visit the site
